Official Lucky Star License
Lucky Star operates legally in India. For this purpose, the company has obtained an official license from the Gaming Commission of the Netherlands Antilles (Curacao).
Excluded Countries
The list of excluded countries includes Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. In these territories it is forbidden for a company to operate under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Commission. You can file a complaint if you notice that the company is violating this rule. Then the license can be suspended. But before filing a complaint, please make sure that the company is not operating under another license.
In India, the Curacao gambling license is legal. A company that has obtained it can accept sports betting and organize online gambling without breaking the law.
Relinquishment of Brand Ownership Rights
The Curaçao Gaming Commission and its members have no direct financial interest in the companies that receive a license. We are not on the board of directors, nor do we own or operate such brands. Responsibility for the actions taken by these companies rests entirely with their management.
